Pokémon Go is officially available in Canada, so the dangers of side-loading a malware-infested version of the app have dropped off significantly for users unable to access the official version of the game. Now, of course, there’s a malware-infested version of the app in the Google Play store, called Pokémon Go Ultimate.

There’s a new version of an old Insider Threat that is making the rounds with a little help from employee webcams. A new type of malware called Delilah is able to capture compromising footage of its victims through their webcams, which is then used for straight-up extortion.

The Ubuntu Forums database was breached after a SQL injection attack that exposed the usernames, email addresses and IPs of two million forum users.

Remember when the Houston Astros’ player-and-personnel database and email system were hacked? The former scouting director of the St. Louis Cardinals has now been sentenced to 4 years in prison for that hack after pleading guilty.
